woo

yesterday i had my first art lesson for this semester/final unit. last semester my teacher told the class we had to do a mini photo shoot and present the photo to the class first lesson back, howver i forogot to do this homework til the lesson back. immedietly i used the excuse that i forgot my usb in my computer and asked him if i could use his computer to go on my flickr as students are blocked from those sites on their accounts. as soon as he saw the photos of claude and bruno he was amazed, he actaully loved the shots so much that he told me i could use them for my final pieces! bloody ace i think!!!!!

i'll just re show you the lovely photos once more

mob

attempting to blog on the go for the first time. anyway, I don't really do much photography on my phone as iPhone cameras are shit quality and the flash makes everyone look orange, however I do have some instagram shots I'll chuck on, they're mostly of my cat so don't judge me

bruno and claude

today my mum's friend came over with her gorgeous little boys and i got the camera out to take a few cheesy shots but then realised how photogenic these children are so i decided to take them to the park to abuse their cutenes for my own art work

oh to be young again

if i eventually gain any readers you will notice that a lot of my photography is of my younger cousins. i like using children as my subject matter (not in a creepy way) as they are the best people to use as they do not pose and show the innocence of humanity.

the top lot of photos are more set up as i was practicing for one of my art pieces but the bottom three were natural shots and show the true innocence of childhood in my opinion

Tuesday 3 July 2012

so for my first photographic post i'll post my latest folio photos.
my theme i chose to present was culture, i chose to use italian/european culture in my photo as i am italian and i had easy access to this way of life.

for these shots i used a lubitel 166b tlr and illford 400 120 film. the top two shots were printed on 12 x 12 paper and mounted for my final.

ta ta for now
